The IP is fast as the usual ones. So, i will be straight forward.

Real proxy server: 149.202.249.227Port: 3128
Then save.
Choose USA as your Region
Click other settings and input,
IP = 149.202.249.227
Port = 3128
That's all. It will connect within 5secs.
Its fast In browsing and streaming YouTube videos and slightly slow in downloading and stable.
